Upcoming Events: September

Hi bloggy readers! Here's some information on September events! As you may have read I just came back from a very short studio break, and I am getting back to work on new work, and filling in the extra time with some quick classes.

On September 12, I will be teaching classes at the Mustang Public Library, in Suminagashi Marbling, for 1st and 2nd graders. I am very much looking forward to this as we are using non-toxic and vegetable based ingredients, and of course, water, so it's a very kid-friendly activity exploring an art that goes way back into history.

Then I will be back on September 27 for teaching a Pop n Palette class for the older kids. All of this runs concurrent to this last month while I have my artwork on display there.

On September 18, I will be back at Make It Yours in Tecumseh, to teach a very basic marketing and business class for new artists. I am from one town over in Shawnee, and the art community has grown and grown over the last decade... with galleries opening and Main Street revitalizing. Many residents are discovering talents and revisiting their creative dreams. So that Tuesday night we will be sharing resources and covering major points all artists want to have in their toolbox when they approach galleries, shops, or seek to license their creations, and even how to get those creations in front of the "eyes" that want to see them. Pre-pay is required but the price is lower than their other events, and you can RSVP to the event here: https://www.facebook.com/events/871340966405226/

Coming up in October there will be all sorts of fall, Halloween and Day of the Dead stuff!

And I'm on Patreon so there's that happening too! Be sure to check that out here!!
