So... on to news...
My next solo exhibition is planned to run through the month of August at Coffy's Cafe. This is a great place in the Plaza District of Oklahoma City that supports local artists, performers, and poets as well as offers yoga classes and a variety of gluten free and vegetarian food. There is an opening party July 28th from 8pm-10pm with snacks and drinks provided by Coffy's of course :) I am working on many new pieces with whimsical themes of the circus and the performers and animals involved in this curious and sometimes controversial entity. I've been working on many larger pieces this time around, and taking lots of pictures of each process...I also had an opportunity to expand my studio space this weekend so I am excited to share with everyone (once it's all put together- there's still some tables to acquire) the new large workspace all my own!
